Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three years of HR records/processing experience or coursework in HR.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR compliance programs and policies.
• Review retiree rehire requests and ensure policy adherence.
• Process leave of absence and notice of nonreappointment requests.
• Conduct compliance trainings for campus.
• Audit and track campuswide compliance trainings.
