Odyssey Rehabilitation is looking for an HR professional with overall responsibility for HR and Programmatic Compliance functions. This role includes managing employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills while managing personnel records and ensuring best practices in personnel information management.
