Clover Park School District is seeking a Human Resources Specialist (Public Records, Worker's Compensation) to support PRA compliance, workers’ compensation processes, and leave administration. The role requires handling highly confidential records and coordinating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in human resources, office management, business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• AA degree in a related field and three years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• High school diploma with five years of progressively responsible HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PRA compliance and records requests district‑wide.
• Manage workers’ compensation claims and return‑to‑work program.
• Administer FMLA, PFML, and ADA accommodation processes.
• Maintain confidential employee and student records with HIPAA and privacy compliance.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Substitute Services to ensure coverage.
