About the Role

This role is essential for ensuring that all HR practices and procedures adhere to the complex web of South African labor laws and regulations. The officer will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting audits, managing investigations, and providing guidance to ensure the company operates ethically and legally. This is a crucial position for an individual with a strong understanding of labor law and a commitment to maintaining high standards of HR governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
• Conduct regular HR audits to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
