Job summary

Bridge Investment Group is seeking an HR Compliance professional to own and govern pre-hire, immigration, I-9, E-Verify, and onboarding compliance across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders and vendors, monitor regulatory changes, and drive process improvements to mitigate risk.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, audit readiness, and supporting the development of a scalable HR compliance function to ensure consistent, compliant people operations across all properties

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–7+ years in HR Compliance or related function.
• Strong knowledge of I-9s, E-Verify, background checks, and onboarding processes.
• Experience administering immigration and sponsorship programs preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with high discretion.

Responsibilities

• Administer immigration and sponsorship programs, ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee pre-employment compliance programs (background checks, drug screens, I-9 completion, E-Verify).
• Oversee I-9 reverifications and ongoing federal employment requirements.
• Manage executive background check (FRM) processes and related documentation.
• Support third‑party onboarding and offboarding while maintaining compliance standards.
• Monitor HR compliance programs and implement process improvements to reduce risk.
• Maintain compliance records, documentation, and audit readiness across HR functions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely execution of activities.
• Monitor changes in employment regulations and implement updates as needed.
