Job summary

Encore is seeking a Global Manager of HR Compliance Operations to ensure global HR policies comply with employment laws and internal governance standards across jurisdictions. You will partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to translate complex requirements into scalable HR processes.

The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, strong internal controls, and IPO-related readiness to support a publicly traded company. Reporting to the VP of HR Technology and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Legal Studies or related field.
• Advanced degree (JD, MBA, or Master’s) in HR or Compliance preferred.
• HR or compliance certifications (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, or equivalent) preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in HR compliance, employee relations, HR operations, or employment law.
• GDPR and global data privacy compliance experience.
• Experience partnering with Internal Audit or enterprise compliance post-IPO.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the global HR compliance framework for multiple jurisdictions.
• Interpret and operationalize employment law requirements with Legal.
• Lead HR compliance audits and support SOX controls and audit readiness.
• Develop and deliver compliance training for HR partners and managers.
• Collaborate with Legal, Internal Audit, Compliance, Payroll, and Data Privacy teams.
