Job summary

Responsibilities

• Contributes to managing client HR services focusing on liability management, policy and handbook development, and tracking solutions.
• Provides support with projects such as handbooks, policy development, implementing time off tracking, and other foundational HR compliance items.
• Acts as a subject matter expert and provides guidance on HR processes to maintain compliance with laws.
• Interacts with clients to understand HR practices, goals and objectives, and makes recommendations.
• Collaborates with internal departments to design customized client policies and communicates with clients.
