Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking an HR Compensation Consultant to support compensation programs, job architecture, and pay practices across the organization.

You will partner with the Compensation team and HR leaders to ensure market alignment, internal equity, and regulatory compliance while advising on pay-related initiatives. The role emphasizes data analysis, policy education, and effective collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, Finance, or related discipline.
• Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently with discretion and maintain sensitive information.
• Proven project management skills with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and recommend solutions.
• Experience collaborating with leaders and employees across functions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather feedback on proposals, analyze data, and coordinate reviews with input; provide recommendations.
• Create education and training materials on compensation projects and policies.
• Partner with Compensation team and HR leaders to support initiatives, goals and plans.
• Serve as first point of contact for compensation inquiries, gathering information and assessing needs.
• Respond to sensitive situations with professionalism, escalating as needed to Comp Manager or operations leader.
• Manage and triage compensation service tickets, provide quick and accurate responses.
• Review, evaluate, and approve compensation actions ensuring market alignment and internal equity.
• Support enterprise compensation initiatives through analyses, audits, and reporting.
