Job summary

Danient in Shelton, CT is seeking an HR Client Manager to partner with the Business Development and P&L teams to provide HR support on new business proposals and to guide the organization on HR topics.

You will lead due diligence, manage HR processes including leadership activities, and drive strategic talent sourcing by identifying, interviewing, and placing top candidates while aligning HR policies with business goals.
