OK International, Inc. in Cypress, CA is hiring an HR Clerk to partner with the HR Generalist in all aspects of managing human capital, including talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, recruitment support and payroll/benefits processing.

The role emphasizes day-to-day transactional HR tasks, training/compliance, and contributing to organizational development while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in HR records.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work with many levels of the organization and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and HR Support: assist with recruiting, manage open requisitions, coordinate interviews, and oversee postings on Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Ensure compliance training (e.g., Integrity Counts) is delivered and monitored.
• Process payroll and HR transactions; maintain personnel files and assist with new hire onboarding.
