Job summary

A leading consultancy organization is seeking a Mid-Senior level Change Management Consultant for a 5-month contract based in Atlanta, GA. The role is 100% remote and involves driving enterprise change initiatives, supporting HR transformation, and enabling leadership alignment. Candidates must have extensive experience in change management and training, strong HR process knowledge, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• 5+ years of change management and training experience in global, matrixed environments.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and best practices.
• Experience leading multi-stream initiatives.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and balance competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational impacts and partner with Communications on materials development.
• Collaborate with PMO and implementation partners to identify global and regional impacts.
• Support project teams in addressing readiness gaps related to the SAP SuccessFactors deployment.
• Prepare agendas and materials and work with change network teams.
• Oversee training strategy, including planning, train-the-trainer, and end-user delivery.
• Coordinate training logistics, compliance, enrollment, attendance tracking, and reporting.
• Provide strategic input to communication planning to ensure consistent messaging.
