Job summary

CFS, based in Indiana, seeks an HR & Training Manager to lead a growing HR team and shape the learning and development strategy. You will drive employee training programs and oversee HRIS systems Paylocity and Provide to support performance and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 4+ years of HR experience.
  • Experience creating, delivering, or managing learning and development/training programs.
  • HRIS experience required; Paylocity experience preferred.

  • Lead, coach, and develop HR team members while supporting the continued growth of the department.
  • Create, deliver, and continuously improve employee learning, development, and compliance training programs.
  • Serve as an HRIS subject matter expert with responsibility for Paylocity and Provide systems.
  • Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, engagement, retention, and HR compliance.
  • Oversee training tracking, reporting, compliance, and related HR metrics.
