Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a HR Advisor to deliver an outstanding Case Management service, ensuring adherence to policies and a positive employee experience. The role provides remote support for attendance management and health referrals, with two in-office days in Derry.

You will coach managers, influence decision-making, and collaborate with HR Business Partners to improve absence and performance processes, building resilience and professional judgement.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of employment law, especially employee relations – disciplinary, grievance and managing absence and underperformance.
• Ability to interpret and clearly explain HR policy.
• Strong questioning/investigative skills with judgement for managers.
• Analytical mindset to analyse complex situations and resolve cases.
• Awareness of business environment and commercial impact of HR advice.
• Ability to influence stakeholders using policy and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding Case Management service in line with policies.
• Provide remote support for short-term and long-term absence including Attendance Improvement and Occupational Health referrals.
• Coach and influence managers to effectively manage teams and performance.
• Support with mediation, Settlement Agreements and redundancy processes as needed.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and line managers to improve absence and performance processes.
• Develop HR advisory skills and professional judgement for career progression.
