Job summary

PNC is seeking an HR Business Partner Associate to support strategic HR initiatives across Corporate and Institutional Bank teams. Based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH, you will partner with HR and business leaders to equip teams with tools and resources for success.

You will help drive performance cycles, workforce planning, and cross-functional projects while analyzing data to inform decisions and improve employee experience.

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of relevant experience typically expected or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Coordinate HR initiatives and serve as liaison to HR functions.
• Support implementation and communication of HR programs, policies, and processes.
