This role partners closely with frontline and regional leaders to create a compliant, high-performing work environment across a distributed network of service centers. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor on complex ER matters, while reinforcing our Zero Harm culture and driving consistent

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with deep Employee Relations specialization.
• Experience supporting multi-site, operational, manufacturing, or service center environments.
• Strong track record handling high-risk ER cases and investigations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Advise Service Center leadership on ER and workforce issues.
• Partner with operations to mitigate risk and improve workforce stability.
• Champion CHEP’s Zero Harm safety culture and align people practices with safety.
• Support organizational changes and workforce planning in the region.
