Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a VP, Human Resources, Americas, a senior HR business partner for the Americas Commercial organization. The role will shape and execute people and organization priorities across the United States, Mexico, Brazil, and Canada, supporting over 500 commercial employees in a $5 billion revenue portfolio.

The executive will partner with the EVP, HR and the Global HR leadership team, translate business strategy into leadership, workforce, and culture

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience at senior level.
• Experience as a senior HR business partner to C-suite executives.
• Experience supporting multinational, multi-site operations and enterprise transformation.
• Strong knowledge of organization design, succession, and leadership development.
• Evidence of driving culture, performance, and change in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as high-impact advisor to senior leaders on business strategy, leadership, and workforce implications.
• Lead organization design, spans and layers, and operating-model work for accountability and speed.
• Translate growth and transformation priorities into multi-year workforce plans and actions.
• Lead major business transformations with sponsorship, alignment, and adoption measures.
• Strengthen leadership bench through succession planning, development, and assessment.
• Advance performance, culture, and inclusion aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Define capabilities and investments needed to deliver the Americas strategy.
