Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Americas to shape and execute the people strategy for the Americas Commercial organization, spanning the United States, Mexico, Brazil, and Canada with over $5 billion in revenue and ~500 commercial employees.

The role partners with the EVP, Americas and the CHRO, influencing executive decisions, transforming talent and culture, and driving enterprise HR initiatives with a hands-on, global perspective.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Senior HR Business Partner to C-suite or senior enterprise leaders.
• Experience supporting multi-country, multi-site, or matrixed business complexity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior HR partner to EVP, Americas and Americas leadership.
• Translate business strategy into organization, leadership, and workforce priorities.
• Lead organization design, operating model, and capability-building initiatives.
• Drive strategic workforce planning, succession, and talent development.
• Partner with Total Rewards to align executive, commercial, and broad-based incentives.
• Provide people analytics and market insights to guide decisions.
• Oversee risk, governance, and employee relations with a strategic lens.
