Job summary

Cloeren Incorporated is seeking an HR Manager to serve as HR Business Partner under the MAAG and Dover structure. The role focuses on solving people and cultural issues, driving recruiting strategy, onboarding through offboarding, payroll, HRIS, and compliance across a manufacturing site.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of HRBP experience, a Bachelor's in HR/Business, and knowledge of labor law. Manufacturing experience and strong MS Office skills are desirable.

Qualifications

• Supports full life cycle of HR processes including onboarding, changes, performance management, and off-boarding.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Builds relationships with local agencies and sources talent for open positions.
• Manages employee engagement programs to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Maintains HR policies and HRIS data accuracy.
• Delivers training and performance development materials.

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle HR processes from onboarding to offboarding per MAAG and Dover guidelines.
• Partner with business leaders to address people and cultural issues.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with site needs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Analyze exit interviews and provide actionable recommendations.
• Construct monthly reports for finance and leadership.
