Henkel is seeking an HR partner to support ~120 employees on the Leadership Team to front-line. You will implement HR processes, monitor turnover and engagement, and advise leaders on discipline and succession planning.

The role requires CA employment law knowledge, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience in a manufacturing setting. This position offers health benefits, 401k and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience.
• Knowledge of California employment laws including wage/hour and leave requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support ~120 employees from Leadership Team to Front-Line; deliver HR processes and strategies.
• Monitor turnover, engagement and KPI trends; partner with regional teams on action plans.
• Conduct HR investigations and guide managers through discipline and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence for Benefits, Compensation and Talent Acquisition.
