Dover Corporation, via OPW and Acme Cryogenics operations, is seeking an HR Manager to provide full HR support in Ball Ground, GA. This onsite role partners with leadership to drive headcount strategy, recruitment, and employee development while promoting a positive culture across locations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial manufacturing HR management, strong communication, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of employment laws.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred, OR associate’s with 7 years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Manager in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and make concise, time-sensitive decisions.
• Experience with HR metrics and reporting.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s headcount strategy for current and future needs.
• Manage recruitment including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborate with hiring managers to define skill requirements.
• Support employee development, engagement, and motivation; nurture a positive working environment.
• Provide HR reporting and recommendations using HR metrics to management.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and recommended practices; review policies to maintain compliance.
