Job summary

Ralph Lauren in North Carolina seeks a Manager, People Business Partner to serve as a trusted partner to business leaders and employees across the campus and facilities. You will lead people programs, employee relations, performance and talent management, succession planning, and engagement initiatives for frontline and corporate teams.

Collaborate with Finance and People teams on budgets, compensation, benefits, and organizational priorities while ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR business partner or generalist, preferably supporting frontline employee populations.
• Knowledge of performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, change management, training, and organizational development.
• Knowledge of applicable employment laws and HR policies and processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, prioritization, and confidentiality skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms; Workday experience preferred, and Kronos familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on employee relations, performance concerns, corrective actions, and company policies.
• Lead performance management, talent reviews, salary planning, and succession planning processes.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, orientation, separations, and internal career development.
• Develop employee engagement and training initiatives, and analyze reports and workforce metrics.
• Partner with Finance and People teams on budgets, compensation, benefits, and organizational priorities.
