Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Manager, People Business Partner for the NC Campus to lead P&D services and programs for frontline distribution center, contact center and corporate staff in Beechwood and High Point areas.

You will partner with business leaders, manage employee relations, performance management, succession planning, onboarding and talent acquisition, while ensuring budget alignment and compliance with HR policies.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Business Partner/HR Generalist supporting frontline populations.
• Experience with performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, change management, training, and organizational development.
• Knowledge of HR laws and policies (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, HIPAA, OSHA, EEO, etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to build cross‑functional relationships.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and Kronos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive P&D generalist activities aligned with business priorities.
• Consult with management on talent, staffing, design, and leadership programs to maintain competitive advantage.
• Partner with Finance to ensure budget alignment and support cost initiatives.
• Guide managers on performance management, salary planning and talent reviews to meet deadlines.
• Oversee onboarding, new hire processes, and internal mobility strategies.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to build a diverse, high‑performing team.
• Develop job descriptions and ensure recruitment standards and processes remain rigorous.
