Qualifications
- Experience as HR Business Partner/Generalist in a related field preferred.
- Experience in performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, change management, training and organizational development.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR leadership to NC Campus teams including talent management and employee relations.
- Oversee performance management, calibration, talent reviews and salary planning.
- Partner with Finance on budgeting and cost initiatives.
- Support onboarding, recruitment, and workforce planning.
- Ensure policy adherence, regulatory compliance, and confidentiality.
