Responsibilities

• Serve as senior P&D strategic partner for global leaders across NA/EMEA/APAC.
• Own oversight of HRIS, timekeeping, and compensation governance.
• Lead organizational design, change management, and talent calibration initiatives.
• Drive performance management, talent reviews, and salary planning for the client group.
• Advise managers on employee relations matters, including investigations and corrective actions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit diverse global teams and ensure internal mobility.
