Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience across multiple disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulatory updates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact and advisors to employees and leaders.
• Support onboarding, performance management, and employee relations across teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Utilize HRIS and analytics to drive workforce planning and decisions.
