Medin Technologies is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead all HR operations at our Totowa, NJ manufacturing site. This role partners with the General Manager to drive payroll, benefits, recruiting, and compliance, while maintaining confidential employee records and HR processes.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting, with Paycom/ADP proficiency and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. SHRM-CP/PHR is a plus.

Qualificações

• Hands-on HR governance for a manufacturing site.
• Experience with Paycom, ADP or similar HRIS.
• Experience managing employee benefits and 401(k) plans.
• Familiarity with FMLA, NJFLA, wage-and-hour laws, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage the HR function and serve as the first contact for employees and supervisors.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting from postings to onboarding and offboarding.
• Administer payroll workflows and benefits programs, including 401(k) and enrollments.
• Ensure employment law compliance and maintain HR policies and employee records.
• Advise managers on performance, discipline, and investigations; escalate high-risk matters.
• Prepare HR metrics and support labor-related reporting.
