Job summary

Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking an HR Business Partner focused on Leave Administration and Employee Relations. The role serves as the organization's primary expert for FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and related leave programs, guiding performance management and employee relations matters.

Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of leave requests, interpreting applicable laws, coordinating accommodations, and maintaining confidential medical records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Minimum 3 years administering FMLA, ADA accommodations, and employee relations matters.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead FMLA, ADA, PWFA leave administration and processes.
• Advise leaders on performance issues and coach on PIPs.
• Conduct workplace investigations involving complaints and policy violations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain confidential records.
• Provide training and guidance to managers on leave rights and performance expectations.
