West Shore Home is seeking an Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the onsite HR liaison for Indianapolis locations. You will partner with front-line leaders, General Managers, and the Regional VP of Operations to guide HR policies and the employee lifecycle.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, 5+ years in HR, and SHRM/HRCI certification preferred, with up to 30% travel. It is an onsite, full-time position offering comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.
