Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) seeks an HR Business Partner II to work with agency leadership on strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, and talent acquisition. The role supports compliance with policies and laws, guides compensation discussions, and enhances employee engagement across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of professional HR experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic business partner relationships with agency leadership to understand and support organizational needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to build an employee engagement strategy that enhances culture and experience.
• Provide consultation on HR transactions, policies, procedures, administrative rules, and relevant laws and best practices.
• Serve as the HR liaison for assigned divisions, supporting workforce planning, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment including posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
