Job summary

Family Health Center of Worcester, Inc. is seeking an Human Resources Business Partner II who serves as a generalist with a strong emphasis on workforce development and employee relations.

You will partner with management to align HR strategies with business goals and address complex employee relations issues. Responsibilities include analyzing workforce trends, supporting succession planning, and identifying training needs to increase productivity and retention.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in affiliated field or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare and operations with increasing HR responsibilities.
• Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Consults with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Analyzes trends and metrics with the HR department
• Resolves complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Monitors and reports on workforce and succession planning
• Identifies training needs for teams and individuals
• Nurtures a positive work environment.
• Ensures legal compliance throughout HR Management.
