Garmin Ltd. is seeking a full-time Human Resources Business Partner 2 at our U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and associates, guiding HR policies and workforce practices while balancing tactical duties with broader business initiatives.

You will support HR programs, associate and manager development, and intermediate HR issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and deliver strategic HR solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of HR laws, practices, processes, programs and technology.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong time management, organization and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Act as HR point of contact for the business area(s).
• Advise associates and management on conflict resolution and performance management.
• Investigate associate concerns and coordinate with HR Management and Legal for actions.
• Manage HR documentation and maintain records in HR systems.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes and exit interviews as needed.
• Collaborate on segment initiatives, job descriptions, and career paths.
• Apply HR policies to drive effective business solutions and data-driven decisions.
• Build relationships across HR functions like benefits, wellness, HRIS, and compensation.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
