Job summary

Garmin seeks a full-time University Relations Recruiter at its U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. You will develop relationships with hiring managers to recruit entry-level technical candidates and nurture university partnerships to attract top talent.

Responsibilities include campus events, job fairs, interviews, and presentations, plus supporting Garmin's internship programs and ensuring accurate candidate documentation in the ATS. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Demonstrate aptitude to learn and apply HR practices and technology.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, screen, interview and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen and interview for assigned positions including reviewing applications, resumes, and transcripts.
• Plan and attend job fairs, campus events, and interview sessions; conduct presentations.
• Provide information about Garmin and career opportunities to candidates.
• Develop and maintain university relationships to attract qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to recruit and hire top candidates; support internship programs.
