NEMR Total HR is seeking an entry-level HR Business Partner (HRBP-1) to serve as a strategic partner to client leadership teams. The role focuses on compliance, strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, and risk management while building trusted relationships and delivering practical HR solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, employment law knowledge, and a passion for HR.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience with focus on employee relations, recruiting, and HR support.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and workforce management.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as strategic advisor to client leadership teams and staff.
• Provide consultative HR guidance to shape policies and decisions.
• Coach managers through employee relations, performance, and corrective actions.
• Analyze workforce trends and risk areas to propose solutions.
• Assist with direct hire talent acquisition and client recruitment needs.
• Support policy development and leadership coaching; ensure compliance.
• Align employer practices with business objectives and multi-employer agreements.
• Act as liaison with payroll, benefits, compliance, and operations when needed.
• Support organizational change initiatives and employee experience improvements.
• Conduct local client meetings; some travel required.
