Your Background

  • Significant practical HR generalist/advisory level experience in employee relations, talent management, organisational development, workforce planning and change management
  • A background in an engineering, manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Expert knowledge of federal, state and local employment legislation and employment practices
  • Experience implementing the full employee life-cycle processes and procedures
  • Proficient with HR Management systems
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and be a strong business partner and advisor to all levels from engineering to senior management
  • Strong employee relations and investigation capability.
  • Excellent influencing, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven decision making and workforce analytics capability.
  • Experience operating effectively amid ambiguity and within a complex, decentralised matrix structure
