• Minimum of two years HR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Implement HR-related processes, practices, policies and outcomes within the assigned units.
• Advise managers on associate relations and performance issues.
• Collaborate with HR SMEs to implement compensation, benefits, recruiting, and talent development strategies.
• Develop and administer programs aligning business needs with people strategies.
• Coach and consult leaders on workforce planning and organizational design.
