Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employees on HR policies and programs.

• Administer HR programs such as benefits, leave, training, and wellness initiatives.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our team and provide comprehensive human resources support across all areas of the employee lifecycle. The HR Generalist will play a key role in partnering with managers and employees to foster a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations, and support strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

• Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in progressive HR roles.
• Substantial experience in recruitment and recruitment best practices.
• Previous experience in a start-up or rapidly scaling business.
• Experience supporting multi-state or global employee populations.
• Strong background in multistate compliance.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).
• Exposure to talent development and change management initiatives.
