Amer Sports is seeking an HR Business Partner for its Distribution Center in Pittston Township, Pennsylvania. This onsite role partners with site leadership to align HR strategy with operational goals in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will manage employee relations, training, data analytics, and safety compliance while driving culture, retention, and leadership development across the facility. Required: bachelor’s degree and 3+ years HR experience in high-volume settings; Workday/ADP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years HR experience in high-volume distribution/logistics/manufacturing
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, wage-and-hour regulations

Responsabilités

• Employee relations & compliance management
• Design and deliver training for frontline supervisors
• Utilize Excel and HRIS to audit workforce data and produce insights
• Partner with site leadership on talent assessment and succession planning
• Support safety culture and OSHA/compliance initiatives
• Manage onboarding programs and drive retention initiatives
