S&S Activewear is looking for a Sr HR Manager/Sr. HR Business Partner to lead HR initiatives at our Reading, PA distribution sites. You will partner with business leaders on Talent Management, Performance, Leadership Development, and Employee Engagement, guiding compensation and benefits strategies.

Require seven years of HR leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with HRIS (ADP/Workday). Onsite work in Reading, PA with standard hours and full-time exempt status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience, with leadership and multi-site management.
• Ability to work in warehouse environments with temperature variations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably ADP or Workday.
• HR professional certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide HR leadership and guidance in Talent Management, Performance, Leadership Development, Engagement, Change Management, and Benefits.
• Supervise, mentor, and direct Regional HRGs and HR Coordinators to build a high-performing HR team.
• Act as a change agent to drive transformation and employee engagement initiatives.
