Adidas in Wilkes-Barre, PA, is seeking an HR Generalist to support DC Operations in employee relations, onboarding, and HR metric reporting. The role partners with leaders to implement Adidas HR policies and drive engagement across shifts.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in HR or psychology and 2+ years in HR/generalist roles within distribution or manufacturing, with SAP/HRIS familiarity. Hybdrid work is available, with on-site requirements at the Wilkes-Barre DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or psychology preferred.
• 2+ years of generalist HR and recruitment experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree.

Responsabilités

• Establish HR as a trusted business partner and ensure HR initiatives, programs, and policies are understood and implemented within the Operations team.
• Coach leaders on talent management to motivate and challenge teams and drive performance.
• Provide an ear and coach employees on job issues, career development and HR program questions.
• Participate on multi-disciplinary projects with onsite HR team to achieve objectives.
• Partner with recruitment to guide hiring decisions and provide expertise as needed.
• Lead onboarding for all new employees to ensure acclimation.
• Consult with Operations leaders on employee relations and guidance on actions.
