Job summary

SRC Holdings Corporation is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as a business partner with HR expertise, supporting employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance, development, and engagement for SRC Holdings associates and leaders.

You will connect people decisions to business results, coach leaders, and collaborate with SRC HR teams to support enterprise programs while honoring our decentralized model. Location: Springfield, MO.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of broad HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational leadership, or related field.
• Experience in employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance, benefits, and compliance.
• Ability to connect HR decisions to business needs and results.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and coaching skills.
• Comfort with numbers and using data to solve problems.
• HRIS administration experience; ADP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SRC Holdings associates and leaders on employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance, and engagement.
• Learn the business, connect people decisions to business results.
• Coach leaders through HR opportunities and challenges with practical HR expertise.
• Support enterprise programs across SRC while respecting our decentralized model.
• Assist benefits, compensation, HR compliance, policies, and core programs.
• Administer and improve HRIS workflows, reporting, data integrity, and user support.
• Use people data to identify trends and inform leadership decisions.
• Support succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Simplify processes and leverage technology to improve service.
• Be an active participant in SRC's Great Game and employee-ownership culture.
