Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology or related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 or 10+ years of work experience.
• 7+ years' experience working in HR.
• Ability to cover 2nd shift hours (3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.).
• HR certification preferred.
• Effective at collaboratively driving projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working effectively in a matrix organization.
• Excellent judgement in complex situations with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities
