Overview

Lutron has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Supervisor – 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM) in our facility in the Lehigh Valley. In this role, you will lead and coordinate picking, packing, staging, receiving, put‑away, replenishment, and inventory control activities within an SAP EWM‑enabled warehouse. You will manage a team of associates to ensure operational excellence and support customer order fulfillment by maintaining accurate inventory levels and timely task execution. The supervisor monitors digital systems and physical workflows to resolve issues that could impact customer fill rate or delay outbound shipments. Success requires a hands‑on leader who can drive performance against key KPIs, foster team accountability, and collaborate across departments to ensure upstream and downstream alignment. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is committed to “winning the day” by delivering consistent, high‑quality results.

Responsibilities
