Lutron Electronics in Ashland, VA is hiring for a Warehouse Associate on 2nd shift. Starting pay is $21.00/hr with a 10% shift differential and a full benefits package.

The role involves picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and stocking, with certification to operate powered industrial equipment and opportunities to grow within a climate-controlled facility. Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to operate Powered Industrial Equipment (such as electric pallet riders, order pickers, and forklifts).
• Ability to work 2nd Shift (2:30 pm to 11:00 pm).
• Ability to regularly lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to move to surrounding workstations and to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English.
• Ability to work safely, wear PPE and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution functions such as picking, packing, and shipping orders, receiving, put away and stock replenishment.
• Become certified to operate Powered Industrial Equipment (such as electric pallet riders, order pickers, and forklifts).
• Learn inventory management system and enter materials transactions.
• Work with supply chain and distribution teams to process customer orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Starting pay: $21 - $22.50 per hour - please note: second shift is eligible for a 10% pay differential.
