Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. in Fargo, ND seeks an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with field leaders on talent strategy, engagement, workforce planning, and performance management.

You’ll support leaders, drive organizational capability, and foster an environment where teams thrive across the company. You’ll build trusted partnerships, champion talent success, and navigate complex employment matters while guiding career development and succession planning.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a business partner, generalist, or employee relations capacity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and handling employment disputes and separation processes.

What You Will Need:
  • Bring HR experience:5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a business partner, generalist, or employee relations capacity.
  • Apply your education:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Manage performance and resolve conflicts:Demonstrated experience in performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and handling employment disputes and separation processes.
  • Partner with leaders: Work as a trusted partner, aligning people strategies with business objectives while building strong relationships across the organization.
  • Communicate and stay organized:Strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with excellent organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage priorities.
  • Be flexible:Willingness to travel up to 15%.
  • Valid work authorization:Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
