Hargrove is seeking an experienced HR Benefits Specialist in Mobile, AL to manage employee benefits, leaves, and retirement plans while serving as a trusted teammate resource.

Responsibilities include administering medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits, managing FMLA and state leaves, and overseeing 401(k) administration. Strong regulatory knowledge and confidentiality are essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years of benefits administration experience.
• Experience with FMLA, disability leaves, and retirement plans.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations (ERISA, COBRA, ACA).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to handle confidential information.
