Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience administering employee benefits programs.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Human Resources Administration: Manage onboarding, offboarding, personnel records, and policy administration; maintain HR systems and compliance documentation.
• Benefits Administration: Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and wellness programs; open enrollment coordination.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage recruiting for staff roles; coordinate screening, interviews, onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Provide guidance to managers and employees; support performance management and engagement initiatives.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance; assist with HR audits, reporting, and risk initiatives.
