Job summary

Newrez is seeking a HR Benefits Intern for a 10-week summer program. You will support Benefits and Leave Administration, assist with data analysis and the creation of dashboards, and contribute to process improvements within a collaborative team.

The role is ideal for rising seniors pursuing a four-year degree, preferably in HR, with strong Excel/Tableau skills and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a four-year degree with a scheduled graduation between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
• HR-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Benefits and Leave operations through administrative, analytical, and project-based activities.
• Assist with automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and employee communications.
• Analyze data and develop dashboards to support decision-making.
• Assist with compliance reviews, audits, and reporting requirements.
• Build relationships with employees and colleagues.
