Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher; 3 years HR/office experience preferred
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency
• Proven analytical, problem-solving and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented and deadline-driven

Responsibilities

• Attend to HR data processes and benefits data reconciliation
• Support cross-departmental HR projects as directed by the Assistant Director
• Process life and disability claims; assist with data audits
• Validate open enrollment data; test systems and recommend improvements
• Manage SHBP-related notices and dependent coverage forms
• Assist Benefit Representatives with leaves and new hires
• Handle Benefit and Leave emails and support with process improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned by HR leadership
