Job summary

Palmers-Home-Care-LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Benefits Coordinator to administer employee benefits, manage leaves, and ensure compliance across our organizations. You will coordinate enrollments, communicate benefit options, and support HR initiatives.

You will work closely with the Director of Human Resources to interpret policies, handle employee inquiries, and maintain confidential records in HRIS systems. A strong HR foundation and collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR management, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field at least two years of HR experience.
• SHRM-CP/PHR or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background checks, including driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, terminations, and open enrollment.
• Assist with FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation, and other leave/accommodation processes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance activities.
