Job summary

MAU in Charleston, SC is seeking an Associate Relations Leader to support personnel on the customer site and help ensure that key performance indicators are achieved. The role focuses on payroll, performance counseling, and attendance tracking.

You will process and audit employee documents, verify time records, manage payroll accuracy, and communicate personnel policies. Daily collaboration with site leaders and managers is essential to drive positive outcomes and compliant HR operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Two years of HR/employee relations experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HR certifications encouraged.
• Lean Green Belt and root cause analysis training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify employee documentation including absences, investigations, performance reports and termination dates.
• Audit time records and process payroll.
• Use sound judgment to evaluate risks and seek advice when appropriate.
• Identify issues and assess problems using a logical problem-solving approach.
• Identify opportunities for improving and streamlining work processes.
• Audit and authorize all required paperwork.
• Support new initiatives by focusing on positive outcomes.
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills.
